Push-up bars that spare your wrists
The H shape sits solidly on the floor and the foam grips cushion the pressure. You train chest, shoulders and arms with the hand in a neutral position instead of flat on the palms – and you go lower than you would on the floor.

Product data
Two H-shaped bars with a wide footprint and a padded rail. They lift the hands off the floor, keep the wrist straight, and go into any corner after training.
Before you train +
Place the bars on an even, clean and dry floor – on carpet they can sink in, on wet tiles they can slip. Check before every set that both stand firm and do not wobble. The load figure of around 200 kg comes from the manufacturer. Use the bars only for push-ups and similar exercises supported on the hands, not as a step, a seat or a climbing aid. Deviations in colour and detail are possible for production reasons.

How to train with them
Set them up
Place both bars shoulder-width apart on an even, clean floor and check that they stand firm.
Find your position
Hands centred on the padding, body in one line from head to heel.
Train
Lower under control, press up powerfully. Three sets are enough to start with; on your knees the exercise can be adapted.
Why these bars
Train deeper, spare your joints
Neutral hand position
The bars keep the wrist straight rather than bent back – noticeably more comfortable over many repetitions.
Greater range of motion
The raised position lets you lower your chest further than on the floor and work through the full range.
Stable footing
The wide H base spreads the weight and stays put even through brisk sets.
The difference
The wrist stays straight.
Flat on the floor
- The wrist bends back sharply
- The chest only comes down to floor level
- On a smooth floor the hands slip
- The pressure sits on the heel of the hand
With push-up bars
- The wrist stays neutral
- Deeper lowering through the full range
- Wide, non-slip footprint
- A padded foam grip instead of a hard floor
